3 cups sweet potatoes (about 4 large potatoes)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
Boil, skin and mash potatoes. Mix in sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and milk; put into a buttered 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Mix the remaining ingredients and sprinkle over the top. Bake 25 minutes at 350°. Serves 10-12.
