Hummus bi Tahini

2 cups cooked garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
2/3 cup tahini
3/4 cup lemon juice, fresh
1/4 cup sliced olives
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon parsley, finely minced

In a food processor, combine cooked (or canned) garbanzo beans with tahini and lemon juice. Add salt to taste, sliced olive, and chopped parsley.
