1/2 pound raw shrimp
1/4 cup dry sherry
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon worestershire
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Peel and devein shrimp; marinate in sherry several hours. Make sauce with the mayonnaise, tomato paste, worcestershire and mustard.
Melt butter, add shrimp, sprinkle with garlic salt. Simmer 10- 15 minutes. Just before serving, sprinkle with cheese, place under broiler 2-3 minutes. Serve with sauce.
