Hot Artichoke Dip

2 large jars marinated artichoke hearts
2 cups mayonnaise
8 ounces parmesan cheese, shredded

Drain and chop artichoke hearts; grate cheese, mix all and microwave high on for 5 to 8 minutes, or until bubbly; stir once. Serve in chafing dish with crackers, or back in a stoneware crock until hot.
