Yorkshire Pudding
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
2 eggs
(To be served with roast beef)

About one hour before beef is to be taken from oven, mix flour and salt in a large bowl. Make a well and add milk and water. Stir until fluffy and mix in the eggs. Beat until large bubbles rise in the surface.
- Just before cooking, beat again. When you remove roast to set it up, increase oven temperature to 400°. Put about teaspoon of beef drippings into each cup of a muffin pan. Pour in enough batter to fill cups about halfway.
- Put into a 400° oven; cook 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake ten minutes more. Serve at once.
