Stroganoff Casserole
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 package Noodles Stroganoff
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tablespoon onion, minced
1 tablespoon pimento
1/3 pound mushrooms
1 cup cornflake crumbs
- Brown the ground beef; drain away fat. Slice and saute the
mushrooms until just softened. Cook the noodles from the box of
Noodles Strogonoff eight minutes or until tender. Drain the
noodles and add remaining package ingredients, including flavor
packet.
- Put into buttered casserole dish and top with cornflake crumbs
drizzled with melted butter. Bake in a 350° oven for half an
hour.
