Rub for Pork Ribs
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup kosher salt
4 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
- Mix all ingredients. Sprinkle cleaned rib racks with mix, then pat into meat. Let sit at room temperature two hours before putting in smoker. Makes enough for many batches of ribs.
