Hot Artichoke Dip

2 large jars marinated artichoke hearts
2 cups mayonnaise
8 ounces parmesan cheese, shredded
  1. Drain and chop artichoke hearts; grate cheese, mix all.
  2. Microwave high on for 5 to 8 minutes,or until bubbly; stir once.
    OR
    Bake in a stoneware crock until hot.
  3. Serve in chafing dish with crackers.
